Have the cookie sheet ready with a
piece of wax paper on the sheet.

Wash the strawberries and dry
thoroughly.

Place the one 8oz chocolate bar inside
the safe bowl.

Place the safe bowl in the microwave
and heat for 30 seconds.

After 30 seconds remove the bowl and
stir in a circular motion several times with a spoon to loosen up
the chocolate.

Place bowl back in microwave and heat
for 15 seconds.

After 15 seconds remove the bowl and
stir as previous. When stirring look for smoothness in
the chocolate, it should not be to rough to stir.

If the chocolate is not smooth when
stirring reheat for 15 seconds or until smooth.

Grab the strawberry by the stem and dip
into the bowl of chocolate and place the strawberry onto the cookie
sheet.

Repeat with as many strawberries
needed.

Place the cookie sheet in the
refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until chocolate has cooled.

Remove the cookie sheet and place the
chocolate strawberries onto serving plate ready to serve.
